Along with the domain expertize of H-Farm and Zooppa from Italy, Josh was involved in the complete development of BrandPotion. BrandPotion takes networking beyond the social realm - we call this Brand networking!
We have been responsible for the complete development of this portal, the deployment (via EngineYard) and the maintenance of this site. Features like ratings, surveys, photo-gallery, video-gallery and forums can be enabled or disabled per brand. Each brand has its own unique identity and can manage their own features, graphic presentation and networking.

This is a gaming site. "A place where your talent pays". Showme is a spectacular portal where you can submit videos of pranks, sports, fashion and win money! You can win money even by voting.
This is hosted on Rackspace as a 2-node cluster. Videos are encoded to mp4 using encoding.com and stored on the CloudFiles CDN.

Samhita.org is a Social Venture that brings about collaboration between Social Organizations, People and Service Providers.
This portal has been entirely developed by us and is hosted on EngineYard AppCloud. This uses nginx, passenger and memcache. It caters to integration with other portals. This is one of the first philanthropic involvements of Josh and it's close to our heart! We hope to make a difference in our own way using this as a platform.

This is a golfing portal which offers last minute deals for golf courses. Its an e-commerce portal which uses the geo-location of the golf course and your address to notify you of any deals being offered. Notifications are recevied via Twitter, email or SMS. This is a simple application with HUGE potential for any deal management services.

We have developed a Facebook App as promotion of a brand. It is a card game involving 9 popular Serie A soccer players. Users exchange cards, promote the commercial on their Facebook profile or exchange a bunch of cards with the system. The people who complete their album get a signed T-shirt from one of the players.
The big challenge was timing of the contest. We had one
month to get this game live. The client was satisfied and even asked for some changes. In
1 month, we have had approximately 100,000 registrations and 1.2
million card exchange requests and 600 concurrent users! The efforts to
scale the
application was minimal as we use Engine Yard cloud cluster.

We have developed a complete Call Center Management software for Tele- Marketing Executives for the Insurance sector. The complete life-cycle of Insurance broking, from cold-calls to cheque collection is captured in the software. Administration, reporting and the call transitions are all developed in Ruby On Rails.
We are currently integrating Adhearsion and Asterisk into the call management.

We built paisamatters.com as unique concept which allowed users to compare different types of loans (Home, Car, NRI Home, Personal and LAP) with various loan providers (banks). This greatly helps in making decisions about loan and loan providers.
The information such as loan rates and other parameters was updated by an Admin control panel. This site relied heavily on Ajax and hover widgets.

Creating and associating merchant with customers to track payments based on rules. Each customer thereby gets a specific payment plan which can be debited from their credit cards. A rails application talks to the Java webservice via RESTful apis and these in-turn talk to the payment gateway for the actual transaction.
