In his 8 years in the Software Industry, he has worked with product Companies like Veritas Software Inc. (now Symantec Inc) and services companies like Zensar Technologies and Cybage Software. He graduated in 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering from Pune Institute of Computer Technology (PICT), India.

Founder & Technical Director
In his over 10 years, he has worked all along with Veritas Software (now Symantec Inc). He was instrumental in designing and managing Veritas Command Central™ Storage and was the senior most member of the team of 160 engineers. He holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science.

Finance Director
Sameer has over 15 years of experience in commercial, finance and international business related projects. He has been running a management consultancy Tenet Resources - firm for last eight years. He is an expert in setting up off-shore units in India and is also a visiting faculty at eminent education institutions in Pune on various subjects such as international taxation, corporate governance, etc. He has Bachelor of Commerce degree and is also ACWAI.
